Customer Service (BDC) Representative - Job Description: Handle inbound calls using a multi-line phone system and make appointments for multiple automotive dealer locations, create appointments via the internet and call, email and text new and existing clients for automotive service in a busy call center.
Customer Service (BDC) Representative - Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and either make service appointments or direct the calls to the appropriate service employee.
Make outgoing lead-based calls to get people to come to the dealership for service repairs and maintenance on their vehicle.
Participate in phone campaigns like calling customers who have not been in for over a year, customers whose brakes were close to needing replacement on their last visit, warranty reminders, safety recalls, etc.
Project an enthusiastic and great impression of our dealership.
Successfully manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
Provide excellent customer service
Establish individual sales and profit objectives
Attend and contribute to all training sessions as scheduled/assigned
Respond to a large volume of internet appointment leads via inbound and outbound calls and emails
Customer Service (BDC) Representative - Job Requirements:
Recent, Previous Automotive BDC Service Rep experience is preferred
Computer savvy with good typing skills
Flexible and open to change
Being a Team Player is Critical
Willing to Learn. Must be Teachable.
Integrity, Positive Attitude and Strong Work Ethic
Professional Appearance, Demeanor and Communication Skills
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR
